Quick answer: Call
+1 (844) 833-0133 with your group size, route and traveler names. The agent checks availability for everyone at once, confirms whether you can sit together, quotes the total price, and books one coordinated reservation.
Why call for a group booking
Booking several travelers on the same flight through a self-service website often means repeating the same search multiple times and hoping the seats and prices stay available. A phone agent can check availability for the whole party at once and tell you upfront whether everyone can be booked together.
What to have ready before you call
- Full names for every traveler in the group
- Departure and arrival cities and preferred dates
- Whether you want one combined reservation or separate confirmation numbers
- Any seating preference, such as sitting together
- A payment method for the group total, or how payment will be split
Step by step

- Share traveler names and dates. Provide full names for each traveler and your preferred travel dates.
- Review fare and seating options. The agent checks availability for the full group and lets you know if everyone can be seated together.
- Confirm total price. Get the full price for the group, and ask about group rates if your party is 9 or more.
- Pay and receive confirmation. Once approved, you receive confirmation details for the group booking by email.
Common questions
How many travelers count as a group?
Airlines often treat 9-10+ passengers as a group with different pricing, but agents can also help smaller parties of 2-8 with one coordinated booking.
Can everyone be on the same reservation?
Yes, typically, or you can split into separate confirmation numbers if you prefer.
Can seats be booked together?
The agent notes a request to seat the group together, though exact assignments depend on the airline's seat map.
Is group pricing cheaper?
Not always — it depends on the airline, route and group size. The agent can compare group vs. individual fares.
Can one person pay for everyone?
Yes, one traveler can pay for the full group, or payment can potentially be split.
